Hales Corners Lutheran School (HCLS) has been providing quality Christian education for over 55 years. HCLS offers Extended Childcare, Preschool – 8th Grade education, a number of early childhood enrichment classes, extracurricular activities, sports, before and after school care, a summer program and more!

Where you choose to send your child to school is a big decision. HCLS will assist your child in having a successful school career. Students graduate from HCLS with a better understanding of who they are as children of God and how they can become their best by using their God-given gifts and talents. Milwaukee and Wisconsin Parental Choice (MPCP/RPCP/ WPCP) participants, please pay close attention to special notes indicated by a double asterisk (**).

Step 1: Schedule a School Visit

Seeing and learning about Hales Corners Lutheran School in person is an important part of the admissions process. We want to meet you and ensure that you have all of the information you need to move forward with the admissions process. Children are welcome! Please call the school office at 414-529-6701 to schedule your visit. Allow 30-45 minutes for this visit.

Step 2: Complete an Admissions Application

Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS) and the Private School Choice Program application for the Milwaukee and Wisconsin Parental Choice Programs (MPCP/WPCP) are all web based. All paperwork must be completed online with a valid email address. **Students planning to apply via MPCP, RPCP or WPCP must notify HCLS by contacting our Director of Enrollment, Amy Acker, at aacker@hcl.org or 414-529-6701.

Admissions for new students for the 2024-25 school year opens on Monday, January 29th. Click here for the link to TADS to start the enrollment process. Step 3: Enrollment

Once your admissions application is complete and has been reviewed, you will receive a link via email to enroll your child(ren) through our TADS system. A one-time $150 enrollment fee applies to each new student. **The enrollment fee does not apply to MPCP/RPCP/WPCP students.

Step 4: Tuition Agreement

Your final step will be to complete a tuition agreement. You will receive a link via email to complete this agreement via TADS. **MPCP/RPCP/WPCP students will not incur any fees due to the application, enrollment, and tuition agreement process as long as HCLS (Director of Enrollment, Amy Acker) is contacted prior to beginning any paperwork in the TADS system. Financial Aid

Financial aid may be applied for though TADS, the online system used for enrollment and tuition agreements for students in Kindergarten - 8th Grade. Click here to apply. Please note that a $45 application fee applies and is charged by our tuition management system (TADS).
