Join us for a cozy evening around the campfire! We'll have s'mores, games, and faith conversations. We will meet at HCL's new fire pit, located near the back (North) parking lot near the soccer field. It's the perfect way for incoming 6th graders to graduating 8th graders to relax, hang out with friends, and start the summer right! If you are interested in coming please register.

What do you love about NextGen ministry?
I love to share the hope of Jesus in a joyful and meaningful way. What gets me out of bed in the morning is seeing Christ’s followers praising God, having fun, and seeing Hope change lives.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can click my tongue really loud! (I use to get in trouble in elementary school for it.)
Tell us about your family!
I met my wife, Christa, working at camp in Colorado, just down the road from where I grew up. We both have a passion for sharing Jesus, being outside, and hiking! We have two kids, Eleanor and Teller. They keep us on our toes and full of laughter.

What do you love about NextGen ministry?
I love to use experiences from twenty-five years of ministry with young people (and not-so-young people), to design, and share creative, authentic, and practical ideas and programs that inspire and influence families, children, youth, and adults to impact their world for Jesus.

Tell us about your family!
I love going on walks with my wife, Gretchen; watching superhero movies together; watching senselessly funny animal Tiktok videos with my oldest daughter, Sydney; and consuming bowls of Fruity Pebbles with my youngest daughter, Rielle.
