publicity requests

Our Publicity Request process guides you through the important pieces of information the Hales Corners Lutheran Communications Team will need to properly promote your event/program.

Publicity requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your PROMOTION START DATE, which should be 3-4 weeks prior to your EVENT DATE.

Please do your best to plan ahead to ensure ample time to promote your event/program.

Requests can include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Location changes for existing programs

  • Important school reminders

  • Requests for volunteers with existing ministries

  • Bible Studies

  • Support group meetings

  • Networking events

  • Concerts and performances

  • Athletic events

  • School fundraisers

  • Web Updates

Once you've completed the form, click "Submit" and you will immediately receive an email confirming your submission with a complete copy of your form along with additional details for maximizing your request.
