When women choose community, opportunities for connection, encouragement, hope, and friendships abound! In Christian community, faith is infused, souls are refreshed, strength is fortified, and we are better able to “encourage one another and build one another up” (1 Thessalonians 5:11). When we’re in relationship with like-hearted sisters in Christ, we can navigate the ups and downs of life alongside one another … and even have some fun along the way!
HCL creates all kinds of opportunities for women to get connected. We offer activity-based meet up groups, ladies’ nights at local establishments, small group Bible studies, and more! Check out these current ways to jump in!

SOUP IT FORWARD!
Monday, March 3, 7:00 pm
HCL Atrium
Let’s celebrate “National Soup It Forward Day” (March 3) by cooking up a batch for a local ministry, Hope Street. Hope Street offers a weekly meal for 15-20 people every Tuesday night at their Milwaukee facility. Let’s stock them up with enough meals to get through the rest of this chilly season!
It’s simple. Make a batch of soup, place it in a Ziploc bag, freeze it (if possible), and bring it HCL on Monday, March 3 at 7:00 pm. We’ll hang out in the Atrium for an hour or so with coffee, conversation … and let’s swap recipes! Bring some copies of your favorite soup recipe to share. Representatives from Hope Street will be there to talk about their ministry. It'll be a souper good time!
